When accessing another computer using Windows Remote Desktop Connection, you are in control of the remote system's files and functions, including copying, saving and transferring files as well as deleting files. You also are able to print documents from the remote computer onto your printer. The document enters the remote computer's print control program, also known as a spooler, and is then sent to your printer. This feature is handy when you need a hard copy of a document or other file.
